Previously, each individual SFT was written separately. This adds
functionality to concatenate all files used `lalapps_splitSFTs`.

Two new Writer classes to generate artifacts with either Frequency
Modulation alone, or Frequency and Amplitude modulation

Previously, the spin-modulation was neglected. This adds it back in and
doubles it to ensure the window covers all the frequencies

- Adds function to use XLALCWSignalCoveringBand
- Fixes issues in injection_helper_function, both are checked to agree

If detectors is not specified, det=None, then in the outfile simply use
'NA' to indicate this.

Note - the calculation of V is still incorrect, this just changes the
user interface

Renames sftfilepath -> sftfilepattern

This renames the input sftfilepath to sftfilepattern and adds
documentation on how that should be used, i.e. a colon separated list of
wildstring or exact matches. In globbing for all matches, the colon
split is added in. sftfilepath is still used by `Writer` since
an exact path is known.

If there are multiple detectors, then multiple .sft files are generated.
This updates the attribute 'sftfilename' -> 'sftfilenames', a list of
those files while also updating 'sftpilpath' to a colon separated list
of the relevant sft files.

- In a prior commit, the number of sidebands checked for the normal search
(i.e. SSBprec=2) was erroneously set to M0, rather than 9. This fixes
that.
- Also improves logging output
- Splits of the UniformPriorToGrid run function to produce the data and
  plot separately

The command line argument is matched to formatting used by MFD to
reconstruct the argument (using .16g) formatting. Ideally, all REAL8
should use this formatting.

Removes the forced `int` for `fmin` in MFD. As noted by David, this
isn't required.

add SFT-vs-output timestamp check to gridsearch, and fix bug in _get_list_of_matching_sfts
