Adding parsing for put commands. This reads in put commands and links them to the objects now. Disabling the object that is being put to or the thing that is putting will ensure that the put command isn't generated, so no need to use removeLines for puts now

Fixed issue with the noplot command. Now it works for detectors and functions when using the pykat plotting method.

Added noplot attribut to class func, and changed from using np.abs to np.real when plotting abs finesse outputs with out.plot()

adding progress bar to parakat.getResults(), better parsig of funcs and changing default fsig name of xbeta/ybeta

adding in block selector to loadkatfile and parsecommands, so that it only reads in certain blocks. Fixed factorial code in HG_beam

adding lambda default wavelength property, also fixing q factor computations that need to link to this value

adding in fsig command (not parsing yet). See example test_fsig.py in bin folder. Also made component variable an optional argument for xaxis and x2axis which will break previous scripts. Did this as when setting the parameter to tune, the Param object contains whatever component owns that parameter so no need to pass it twice. Also stops someone passing a parameter not for the component stated.
