Adding EI read function, adding better warning for ROM vs map size differences. Making error printouts more readable

Getting pykat piping sorted. Changing version to v1.0.0, which should be used with Finesse v2.1 or more. Removed printerr and printout from the kat.run() command. The stderr and stdout can now be found in the output object, out.stdout and out.stderr.

udpdating setup files and requirements. Fixing and simplifying the output select from a kat_run object. Internally it always stores output data as a 2d array, even if noxaxis is used. This simplifies the selection of output data greatly

Adding in more parsing for finesse commands. Can no specify a chunk of finesse codee. Various other fixes included too. Currently GUI isn't working.
