Adding in map reading/writing class and updates to various gui components, trying to get rotation working but failing so far

output now correctly returns detector values when using out['name']. If yaxis is used to specify multiple outputs values per detector the result of out[name] is a 2d array

Adding in more parsing for finesse commands. Can no specify a chunk of finesse codee. Various other fixes included too. Currently GUI isn't working.
