Getting pykat piping sorted. Changing version to v1.0.0, which should be used with Finesse v2.1 or more. Removed printerr and printout from the kat.run() command. The stderr and stdout can now be found in the output object, out.stdout and out.stderr.

Fixed issue with the noplot command. Now it works for detectors and functions when using the pykat plotting method.

Added noplot attribut to class func, and changed from using np.abs to np.real when plotting abs finesse outputs with out.plot()

fixing 1 output 2D matrix shaping. Changing TS storage of data to a single dataset in the HDF5 file, this allows us to read multiple TS elements at once, speeding up the RB computation

adding in new scale options, removing detector check as causes issues when only using detectors which aren't parsed as pykat objects yet

fixing senstype error for qshot, altering parseCommands so that commands can be parsed into a particular block

Adding in removeBlock command to completetly remove one from the kat object. Adding in lock, func and variable parsing.
