Correction in text describing discoveries from FGRP4

Benjamin spotted a mistake in the number of pulsar discoveries from FGRP4 reported in the text. The number given was the running total (#FGRP1 + #FGRP4 = 23) when it should have just been the number from FGRP4 (= 19).
