CWSeaOptiFol - Continuous Waves Search Optimization and Follow-up Synopsis: A collection of programs for optimization and follow-up of semicoherent searches for continuous gravitational waves. CWSeaOptiFol has been forked from a branch of LALAPPS and contain pieces of code developed inside LALAPPS. Thus you may find code and documentaion written by various LIGO collaborators.
