Currently, smartd/smartctl have no ATA or SCSI functionality under
solaris, so they do nothing useful. Developers: the only functions
that need to be ported are the handful of skeletons prototyped in
os_solaris.[hc]. Please contribute code and help us to complete the
port!

glad to include them here. Likewise, we could use a suitable init
